External thread seal and pipe connectiom
If a thimble sleeve is used the seal selection will be the same.
Internal thread attachment seal
Metal tank wall pipe penetration assembles may have back plate flanges for flat or curved tank walls.
The pipe outside diameter will determine the size of the sleeve and seal.
The assemble may be bolted, back nut fastened or in some cases welded.
Once the customers application is detailed, the assemble will be built for the project with varying penetration diameters for the pipe sizes.
In the case of disk-seals the sealing element will be determined by the tank medium; e.g. EPDM, NBR, Silicone etc. NBR for hydrocarbon fluids, EPDM for water & some chemical, Silicone for higher temperature fluids.

Bolted Sleeve Assemble. GPC Model Stainless steel
GP-C sleeves are bolted to a steel tank wall or other steel structure and sealed at the attachment flange with a flange gasket. The pipe or conduit passing through the sleeve, is sealed with a Disk-Seal. The Disk grommet seal is a split model, for easy mounting around the pipe. Disk-Seals may be configured for more than one pipe passing the same wall sleeve.
The back plate may ordered in a curved configuration to accommodate a round tank wall.
