WA-GPT pipe sleeve assembly seals for mounting outside the wall

External wall sleeve WA-GP-T closed:
For pipe penetrating through a wall that are newly installed, a closed WA-GP-T allows the pipe to pass through the sleeve and is sealed from outside the wall.
A closed version may mount on the outside wall or inside wall.
External wall sleeve WA-GP-T split:
WA-GP-T split sleeve assembly wrap around pipe penetrations that already exist. A WA-GP-T split assembly seals to the wall and a EDPM seal seals the annular space around the pipe.
A split version may mount on the outside wall or inside wall.
Round or square back collars is Dependant on the application requirements.

Materials: 304L or 316L stainless. WA-GPT units fit all American or International pipe diameters.
See brief install Video for external wall pipe seal assembly (closed) for new pipe through walls:
Split WA-GP-T Applications:
- When the original link seal is leaking.
- The annular space is too small for a regular modular pipe seal.
WA-GPT units seal against the wall using an EDPM or NBR gasket. All parts are included with the assembly ready for installation.
WA-GPSR disc seals closed or split, seals the annular space around the pipe going through the "T" sleeve.
WA-GPT multi pipe seal assembly.
External wall pipe seals, waterproof two pipe or multi clusters through a wall.
The back plate seals against the wall with a compression gasket, each conduit or pipe penetration is independently seal with a disc seal. The disc seal may be closed for new pipes or split seals for pipes that already exist.
WA-GPSR split disc seal:
A split version of the disc seal allows sealing for existing pipes or conduit when new walls around existing pipe.
For firewall applications: GP disc seal models using a silicone seal and fireproof materials may be used to create a fire block between structures.
WA-GPW for multi pipe penetrations through the same wall opening:
Multi pipes through the same opening are sealed with WA-GPDM disc seals.
Disc seal materials are stainless material for maximum corrosion protection.
EPDM elastomer for water applications, or NBR for oil and gas and Silicone for high temperature applications.
Operating pressures to 36 psi (0.25 MPa) (2.5 bar)
Disc seals fit all American and International pipe sizes. Inquiry at
WA-GPSR disc pipe seals
WA.GPSR units seal the annular space around single pipes or conduit, through a core drill or wall sleeve opening.
Fractional or small diameter pipe sealing is accomplished using WA-GPSR units. The low curvature feature of small pipe diameters require tight wrap around for better watertight penetrations.
Large diameter pipes may also be sealed with WA-GPSR-Seals, or when a small annular space exist that other pipe seal types will not fit.
Disc seals are used as end seals, for pipe through casing. They help keep the annular space dry.
WA-GPSR disc seals fit all American and International sizing.
WA-GPSR split units seal the annular space around existing pipes.
WA-GPW split pipe and conduit seal wrap around existing pipe and mechanically expanded to seal the annular space between the pipe and opening.
Split disc seals may be installed without taking the pipe out of service.
The inner opening installs around the pipe and the outer diameter installs in the opening in the wall. The seal element is then mechanically compressed to seal the penetration.
The seal element is EDPM and the compression plates are 304L stainless steel or 316L stainless.

Seal several pipe or conduit through the same wall opening.
Multi-Pipe and Conduit seals WA-GPW multi pipe through the same wall opening.
Compression pipe seals, WA-GPW seal pipe/conduit penetrations in new walls.
The number of pipes or conduit that may be sealed through the same opening, is only limited by the opening size.
WA-GPSR split disc seal:
A split version of the disc seal allows sealing for existing pipes or conduit when new walls around existing pipe.
Usually associated with a split wall sleeve or split WA-GPT external wall sleeves.
For firewall applications: Any GP disc seal model using a silicone seal and fireproof materials may be used to create a fire block between structures. For water applications EDPM rubber is used as the seal element.
WA-GPW multi wall penetration seals:
Multi pipes through the same opening are sealed with WA-GPDM disc seals.
Disc seal materials are stainless steel for maximum corrosion protection.
EPDM elastomer for water applications, or NBR for oil and gas and Silicone for high temperature applications.
